It has a blue tint but can change to black or a slight purple. The pattern also "changes" since half of the pattern is matte and the other half is reflective. The zippers are massive. Very well made .
It's hard to answer this without knowing which rep you are buying. Most reps are 1 size bigger than retail, e.g. retail size 46 on a rep is size 48. But assuming you are buying a mid market batch right now then I'd recommend a size 48 rep.
