Creation watches have been EXTREMELY unhelpful. I have sent over 10 emails in the past month and they are still refusing to give me a refund. I have been told to complete a "damage report form" which doesn't exist. I've read a couple posts about creationwatches as a grey-market retailer, and found virtually zero negativity about them. Pretty much every bit of information I managed to find about them (including older posts on this sub) describe them as 100% legit.
