No issues with the 2TB SSD. I cloned the drive using software provided by the SSD card (Acronis True Image). It took 14 hours to finish. I unplugged the old hard drive and plugged in the new one. Solution: use Macrium Reflect bootable disc, go to restore > fix Windows Boot problem, it auto fix the boot manager. This is to allow the system to try to boot from ONLY the SSD. Swap the SATA cables around so that the new drive is connected to the same SATA.

I recently upgraded by SSD from 1 TB to 2 TB. I cloned the 1 TB drive to the 2 TB drive and when I installed the 2 TB drive, the system "sees" it but it won't boot to it. I've run all the diagnostic tests and every hardware components passes - including the 2 TB drive. Running sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth before cloning might do the trick. You could also try the onboard windows backup and restore to the new ssd with that. It should perform the necessary operations to boot just fine. –
